Kouw Pinnq Enterprise Co., Ltd. was founded in Taichung, Taiwan in 1973. It is a professional water purification equipment design and manufacturing plant with a variety of readily available pipes, fittings, quick connectors, filter housings, filters, pumps and other components, complete units, etc
In the four major operating cycles of R & D, mass production, sales, and after sales service, CCK’s management team has extended the product line from home appliances during the venture period to the supply of R.O. water system and complete sets of Reverse Osmosis unit parts and components.
With the increased demand among the domestic population for high quality drinking water, CCK products have also begun focusing on function while simultaneously introducing European-American living functionality and integrating design with “fashion” to allow drinking water to not only be healthy but also elegant. Thus, our skills and specialization has already become the best choice of consumers.
Production Line
CCK has 3 major mass production systems: The first is the DC motor, mold making, plastic injection molding, rubber molding, and finished product assembly production line of Taichung’s Zhongqing Plant. The second is the filter, filter cover, and filter filling production line of Taichung’s Dalin Plant. The third is the pipe assembly line of Taichung’s Minsheng Plant.

The entire process covers dedicated RO motors + pumps, mold making, plastic injection, rubber, filter, pipes, etc. Due to the entire process being completed in each respective factory, quality, cost, and deliver time is precisely controlled.
A bright and modern plant with standardized process operations and area-wide computer networking maintains strict control over materials and variation.
Persistent on the job training is one of the important tasks repeated weekly on the CCK production line.
Another CCK characteristic different from its peers is an ultra-low turnover rate. This allows us to more fully implement standardized operations and we are especially proud of this achievement.
