In order to raise the fuel consumption efficiency and upgrade the safety standard, the Auto industry tends to employ new composite material for some parts. However, those construction components such as exhausted manifold, chassis parts and supporting arms are still made of steel and casting iron and can never be replaced. However, some new casting technologies, such as Austempered Ductile Iron (ADI), do make casting iron possible to replace those steel with good ductility, malleability and strength.

WKM specializes in braking, chassis, steering and exhausted manifold system for automotive industry. We introduce unique process control skills to produce new casting iron like Hi-SiMo or other material with critical specification. For example, we are now very familiar with high-temperature resistant ductile iron for diesel engine of heavy-duty trucks and the ductile iron we produce meets the specification of SAE J2582 Grade 2.
