1975：Formosa Counter Co., Ltd. was founded, specialized in wholesale of engineering plastic materials.
1978：Ucon Precision Industrial Co., Ltd. was founded, specialized in manufacturing various ball retainers for die set & machine industry.
1980：Uracon Precision Industrial Co., Ltd. - the another affiliated company was founded, specialized in manufacturing voice coil gauge & gap gauge for speaker industry.
1983：Invest a huge amount of funds on the production of electro-magnetic & machine counter for amusement equipment & machine industry.
1986：Consolidated Formosa, Ucon & Uracon to form a Uracon Group-Uracon Precision Industrial Co., Ltd. and strengthen the management and R & D department.
2000：CE certification (No.C090501)
