Established in 1986 Avertronics specializes in the design and manufacture of waterproof connectors and wire harnesses. Able to offer customers a high-quality product with a fast lead time, the firm boasts significant in-house design capability, along with 3D print sampling, 3D molding analysis, and product qualification services. Thanks to its strong development capability, Avertronics has been well placed to capitalize on the recent growth of the e-bike market. Ready to deliver its services at an affordable cost to the global market, to achieve this it’s established multiple production sites in China, Thailand, and Taiwan.

Between them, these include production lines dedicated to over-molding, multiplex process automatic cable and wire assembly, along with efficient tooling and applicator solutions. Having developed its own full series of combined power and signal connectors for e-mobility battery systems, uptake of these product lines has been very positive. Key among these has been the brand’s Avin line of waterproof connectors. Containing both power and signal pins, recently Avertronics has developed a full series of connectors to support operating currents ranging from 25Amp to 150Amp. Also offering customization of its products along with increased heavy current capacity, the brand remains well-placed to meet the evolving needs of clients in the e-mobility market.
