CHU-1516, with a 15-ton broaching force and 1600mm stroke, is one of the big tonnage models in Axisco. It can mass produce products with stable precision while taking into account environmental protection and power saving. Take the workpiece in the figure below; the machine can produce two workpieces in about 40 seconds and process nearly 1400 pieces in 8 hours. The equipment itself requires an area of about 5 square meters.
