Products
- DEF Tester available on most diesel vehicles.
- Testing the urea solution concentration/content in DEF / AdBlue tanks.
- Testing at hot or cold temperatures.
- Easy to use and read. (Three floating discs for accurate reading)
- An aqueous urea solution made with 32.5% urea and 67.5% deionized water.
The DEF Tester (DEF-906) has been designed to allow the DEF / AdBlue to be tested for urea strength. In order for the diesel engine emissions system to function correctly the strength of the DEF / AdBlue solution must be maintained at 32.5% urea.
The strength of the urea solution might be changed due to the water evaporation or solution contamination, so by using the DEF-906 checks DEF / AdBlue solution frequently to maintain the ideal urea strength.
How to use DEF Tester :
- Using a DEF Tester(DEF-906 Model) , you will fill the tester with DEF or AdBlue solution to the designated line.
- Then read number of floating discs which displays the urea concentration level.
